Fitzgerald's is a family restaurant specializing in Cape Breton hospitality, superb seafood and char-broiled steak.
Our large, bright dining room looks out on beautiful Kelly’s Mountain
and the Great Bras d’Or Channel. The view is even better from our deck
tables or you may order from our Take-out menu and dine where you will.
Baked goods for our meals are home-made fresh daily in our bakery and we offer for sale a selection of baked items including: breads, rolls, biscuits, loaves, oat cakes, pies and cinnamon rolls.
A selection of wines, beers and spirits is available to complement your meal.
Situated
midway between Sydney and Baddeck, Fitzgerald’s is, for Sydney area travelers, the perfect choice for a
jumping off breakfast on a Cabot Trail tour or a trip to the mainland, and also
for dinner when returning home. For the
tourist, we can be your dining hub for exploration of Cape Breton's Cabot Trail, Louisburg,
Sydney, Baddeck, Ingonish, Bras d’Or, St. Ann’s Bay and beautiful Boularderie Island. We are only a half-hour drive from Sydney or
Baddeck – a pleasant drive for a dining out treat.
