Fresh lobster salad sandwiches on home-baked roll or bread from our upstairs bakery are ever-popular. Fresh lobster, cracked properly for your enjoyment (or you can crack it, just ask) – Cape Bretoners know how to prepare, serve and enjoy lobster – let us show you how – best experienced on the patio with lots of napkins! But don't limit your enjoyment; there's more in the sea than lobster. We can prepare haddock and salmon to your taste - in pan, on grill, in oven - you tell us how you want it and we'll do our best to please you. The essence of good seafood is freshness and, while we can't change our menu daily to accommodate the local catch, we can and will advise you in a "catch-of -the-day" sense of your best choice and promise top-notch preparation.
